All positions require superior customer service skills. Being able to follow standard operating procedures and regulations is a must. Training is provided so that staff can provide customers with knowledgeable guidance throughout the purchasing process.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21+
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Team oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to remain in compliance with regulatory requirements of the cannabis industry
Experience
- Previous customer service/retail preferred
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge of POS systems preferred
Shift Availability
- Business is open from 8AM - 10PM
- Availability on weekdays and weekends
- Day shifts and evening shifts
- 7-8 hour shifts
- Flexibility to pick up shifts as schedule dictates
